A realtor since 2005 and a RE/MAX team member since 2007, Vanessa brings years of experience, excellent customer service and a commitment to working with and listening to her clients. Indeed, Vanessa consistently provides quality service to build relationships with clients and, more importantly, maintains those relationships by communicating effectively.

With a strong and varied background that has included work in theatre, film and television as well as extensive experience as a Registered Insurance Broker, Vanessa has acquired a unique set of professional and communication skills. As a realtor, Vanessa is an exceptional listener who excels at connecting with people while focussing on their individual needs and making sure they are comfortable every step of the way.

When Vanessa isn’t working, she enjoys live music & theatre, movies, reading, fine dining, spending time with her family and walking on the beautiful trails of Aurora with her dog, Charlie.

Nichola has been a resident of Aurora for over 30 years and is a proud supporter of Children's Miracle Network. When she is not working in her business, she enjoys outdoor activities, good food, gardening, reading and spending quality time with family.
